1. Service Description

SentryNode is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for AI-powered IT management. The service is provided "as-is" for business use. Features and availability may vary by subscription plan.

The platform includes:

  • LEX AI agent
  • Help desk
  • Device management
  • Employee lifecycle management
  • Knowledge base
  • Runbooks and workflows
  • Compliance dashboard
  • Cloud security audit

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One organization account per entity; multiple admin users permitted per plan limits
  • Account administrators are responsible for managing team access and permissions
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Abuse LEX AI capabilities (e.g., attempting to extract training data, prompt injection, using AI for harmful purposes)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through technical workarounds
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Payment Terms

Plans

Starter ($0/month), Pro ($49/month), Business ($99/month), Enterprise ($249/month), Ultimate (custom pricing).

AI Usage Quotas

Each plan includes a monthly AI action allocation (25, 500, 2,000, 10,000, or unlimited actions). When the quota is reached, AI features are temporarily limited but the platform remains fully functional.

Billing

Processed securely through Stripe. Pro and Business plans are billed monthly or annually.

Free Trial

Pro and Business plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

No refunds for partial billing periods. Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days.

Price Changes

We will provide 30 days notice before any price increases take effect.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP

SentryNode owns all rights to the platform, including the LEX AI system, user interface, documentation, and underlying technology.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within the platform (tickets, KB articles, employee records, device data).

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by LEX AI (knowledge base articles, remediation scripts, copilot suggestions) is owned by you. SentryNode retains rights to the underlying AI models and prompts.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your active subscription.

Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the platform without obligation.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTRYNODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • AI outputs (triage suggestions, copilot analysis, remediation scripts) are provided as recommendations and should be reviewed before implementation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Vercel)
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure

7. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

Effect

Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after termination.

Survival

Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and general provisions survive termination.

8. General Provisions

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Security practices, constitute the entire agreement.

Amendments

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
