  • Authentication data from Supabase
  • Payment information from Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the SentryNode platform
  • Power LEX AI features (ticket triage, copilot analysis, auto-categorization). Note: Your data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for inference only. Your data is NOT used to train AI models.
  • Process billing and manage subscriptions via Stripe
  • Send service communications (account alerts, security notices)
  • Monitor for security threats and unauthorized access
  • Generate compliance reports and audit logs
  • Improve product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data with these service providers, strictly for operating the platform:

  • Supabase — Database hosting, authentication, row-level security
  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
  • Anthropic — AI inference via Claude API (Sonnet 4.6 and Haiku 4.5). Data sent for real-time processing only. Anthropic does not use customer data for model training.
  • Vercel — Application hosting and CDN
  • Sentry — Error tracking and performance monitoring

We do NOT sell your personal data. We do NOT share data with advertisers.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

  • Right to access — Request a copy of your personal data
  • Right to rectification — Correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — Request deletion of your data
  • Right to portability — Receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to restrict processing — Limit how we use your data
  • Right to object — Object to data processing based on legitimate interest

Legal basis for processing: Contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interest (security, product improvement), consent (optional communications).

Cookies & Tracking

  • Essential cookies — Authentication session, CSRF protection, theme preference. Required for the platform to function. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics — We use privacy-focused analytics to understand product usage. No cross-site tracking.
  • No advertising cookies — We do not run ads and do not use advertising trackers.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using the platform.

Data Retention

  • Active accounts — Data retained for the duration of your subscription
  • Deleted accounts — Personal data purged within 30 days of account deletion
  • Backups — Retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
  • Billing records — Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws
  • Audit logs — Retained for 1 year for security and compliance purposes
  • AI processing — No customer data is retained by Anthropic after inference

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Row-level security in database (Supabase RLS)
  • Role-based access control
  • Regular security assessments
